The Business Process Specialist Excel and Planning plays a key role in developing and supporting the usage of our Excel and Planning solutions to enhance operational excellence. You will be responsible for identifying process simplifications, establishing business rules, and collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs. By designing efficient solutions, you contribute to the improvement and optimization of our supply chain processes.
Your responsibilities
- Optimize the use of Excel and Planning products to drive simplification and achieve process excellence, gaining a competitive advantage.
- Stay informed about market developments and identify how these can support or streamline C&A's processes, whether implemented through Excel or other solutions.
- Translate business proposals into simplified workflows, focusing on areas such as Range and Operations within the Supply Chain.
- Provide first- and second-level support for the delivered tools to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure the seamless integration of Excel and Planning tools across the entire Supply Chain.
- Participate in integration testing and perform partial user acceptance testing to validate the tools.
- Develop training materials, organize, and conduct training sessions to help business professionals optimize their use of the tools.
What you bring
- University degree in Business Administration or a similar field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business operations, process management, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implementations, or consulting.
- In-depth knowledge of Excel, including the ability to use Excel spreadsheets with advanced functions like graphics, tables, calculations, and automation.
- Proficiency with Excel features such as complex formulas, pivot tables, and VBA.
- Ability to work with Excel spreadsheets on SharePoint and One Drive locations.
- Experience with process improvements and a strong inclination toward simplification.
- Effective communication and social skills combined with a solution-oriented approach.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
