We are seeking an experienced, data-driven, and highly customer-focused Forecasting Expert to join the Business Process Management team and support our Fit for Future (F4F) program. The mission of the F4F program is to modernize C&A’s processes and technology to enable truly European omni-channel ways of working. Our vision is that, upon completion, C&A will operate a more efficient, resilient, and data-driven omni-channel business, allowing us to scale and offer great product availability and value for money for our customers.
The Business Process Manager possesses extensive expertise in Demand Forecasting, which is applied across various areas such as planning, allocation, promotion management, and leftover management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern forecasting methodologies and their application within a retail context. Combining analytical expertise with strategic insight, the role will drive initiatives that improve product availability and customer satisfaction. As a functional lead for forecasting in the F4F program, this role is 100% dedicated to the program and works to ensure the integration of a new demand forecasting solution, ensuring the system(s) meet the needs of their respective business/functional teams. This position will be critical to the success of C&A’s most significant digital transformation to date.
