Summary

We are looking for a Business Process Manager (f / m / d) for the Business Management System (BMS) area at the Ulm Taufkirchen or Immenstaad location as soon as possible. The BMS area is responsible for Groupwide business process management within the business transformation in close cooperation with the global process owners and is responsible for the definition operation and further development of an integrated management system.

Your Tasks

1. Participation in the development and introduction of methodological standards and governance for process management and process excellence (modeling, providing, analyzing, measuring, improving and optimizing business processes)
2. Introduction and establishment of an integrated management system to ensure performance while meeting legal / regulatory requirements
3. Promotion of content modeling, E2E integration and target orientation of individual processes
4. Support in the development and application of value toolkits along the process excellence lifecycle
5. Accompanying and supporting all GPO community stakeholders in business process management and along project-related activities
6. Organization of workshops on business process design, process modeling (BPMN) and facilitation of E2E integration
7. Monitoring / analyzing process compliance and performance (process mining) and identifying process improvements
8. Development and maintenance of the integrated management system including onboarding / training and change management
9. Support with internal and external process audits

Your Profile

1. Completed studies in the field of engineering, business administration or comparable training
2. Professional experience in the application of business process management and common modeling languages
3. Experience in project management, process management, LEAN principles and improvement processes
4. Initial professional experience in leading (interdisciplinary) project teams and moderating meetings
5. Knowledge of change management for the implementation or introduction of harmonization projects
6. Knowledge of SIGNAVIO, Celonis or another BPM tool
7. Good communication skills and an independent, systematic, goal-oriented and effective way of working
8. Business fluent in German and English
