As a Business Owner - Loyalty (all genders), you hold end-to-end responsibility for the Loyalty Program and Communication. You will manage day-to-day business and translate customer, partner, and business requirements into measures to drive customer loyalty and leverage the maximum sales potential by either implementing actions (e.g., promotions, campaigns) or requesting implementation from the product squads.
Important: This position is a limited 12-month contract
What you'll do
Act as the key commercial, partner, and customer contact person for your loyalty product for all product and technical teams.
Continuously monitor loyalty performance in combination with industry benchmarks and market trends and derive measures to steer performance actively.
Market our loyalty products and strive for opportunities to set up effective promotions in cooperation with partners and stakeholders.
Implement actions to gain a deeper understanding of customer and partner preferences and expectations.
Carefully evaluate and prioritize business potentials to recommend actions based on data analysis (e.g., in Power BI), customer surveys, and competitive analysis. You drive consequent projects and initiatives with all stakeholders until implementation.
Communicate concisely and proactively and inform others (internal & external) about relevant changes and updates related to ongoing promotion or campaign activities.
What you'll need
At least 3 years’ experience working as a Business Owner or in a similar role.
A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar.
A deep understanding of the functionality of loyalty programs and incentive measures (Points, Cashback, etc.).
The ability to break down your business targets into tangible KPIs for all relevant parts of the organization applying an entrepreneurial approach (e.g., impact on CLV).
Fluent English and German skills (native or near-native level).
