Business Intelligence Analyst

Business Intelligence Consultant (Full-Time) – Düsseldorf

Are you a Business Intelligence expert passionate about Power BI and Microsoft Fabric? My customer is looking for an In-house BI Consultant to join our team in Düsseldorf on a full-time basis, with 50% travel to the office.

Your Role:

• Design, develop, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Architect and implement data models & ETL pipelines using Microsoft Fabric.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into BI solutions.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and performance optimization.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on BI tools and best practices.

What You Bring:

• Power BI expertise – report building, DAX, data visualization.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric – data engineering, lakehouses, and governance.
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and transformation.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical BI solutions.
• Fluent in German
• Willingness to travel to Düsseldorf 50% of the time.
