Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategic plans, and building strong relationships with clients. This is a key role in driving the growth and success of our company.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and expand client base.
2. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
3. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and potential growth areas.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
6. Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Skills:

1. Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field (preferably 10 years).
2. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
3. Strategic planning and analytical thinking to identify market opportunities.
4. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
5. Proficiency in customer relationship management software.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
7. Knowledge of industry market trends and competition.
