Join a global leader in innovative access equipment for the construction and maintenance sector, and take the lead in expanding their presence in Germany.

This company has recently launched a cutting-edge product designed to enhance safety and efficiency in facility maintenance—and they need a dynamic Senior Business Development Representative to spearhead commercial activities in the German market.

This is a remote role based anywhere in Germany, with frequent travel (70%) to conduct on-site product demonstrations and engage with key decision-makers.

Responsibilities:

• Drive demand and achieve sales targets for the new product line
• Conduct on-site demonstrations to showcase the product’s value
• Build strong relationships with safety officers and facility management companies
• Represent the company at exhibitions, seminars, and safety events
• Provide valuable market insights to refine commercial strategy
• Develop compelling case studies with existing customers

Qualifications:

• Experience in the facilities maintenance sector (either working in or selling to this industry)
• Sales experience is a plus but not essential
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
• Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills
• Fluent German and communicative-level English
