Fast growing Robotics company is looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Manager to drive their DACH market expansion.
In this role you will play a lead role in shaping and executing company's growth strategy and help build out Business Development operations in EMEA region.
This position requires a dynamic person with a proven track record in business development within the robotics/technology or good network within manufacturing or warehouse space.

Responsibilities
Identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth
Focus on current partnerships/building new partnerships and understanding what the organizations are looking to achieve to help grow the accounts.
Evaluate and improve business models including sales strategy and pricing strategy.
Collaborate with other departments, including engineering, marketing, finance and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
Job Requirements/Qualifications
Fluency in German and English
Ability to develop new business relationships and drive strategies to grow those relationships
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment while remaining focused on long-term objectives.
Demonstrated ability in building, managing, and scaling sales operations.
Ability to establish and maintain trust/credibility with existing and potential customers.
Proven track record of at least 5 years of successful experience in business development, sales and/or account management
Proven track record of working with/selling to manufacturing/warehouse clients
