Job Title : Business Development Manager (German Region Systems Integrator)

Location : Remote sales role. Report to HQ directly.

Job Description : We seek a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our expansion into the German market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in government and military and a strong professional network in these sectors. This role will work closely with our Taiwan HQ to achieve company objectives and ensure seamless collaboration.

Responsibilities :

  1. Business Strategy
    • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to meet company objectives.
    • Partner with Taipei HQ to define target customers and establish strategic partnerships to meet sales goals.
  2. Client Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services to address client needs effectively.
  3. Market Analysis
    • Conduct market research to identify B2B opportunities in the market.
    • Leverage experience from a Systems Integrator (SI) background to collaborate with local SIs, focusing on the military, defense, and public safety sectors.
    • Utilize expertise in Taiwanese technology products for effective local business development.
    • Stay knowledgeable about rugged laptops, tablets, NAS, servers, and DRAM / SSD-related products.
  4. Professional Skills & Abilities :
    • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through existing networks.
    • Develop compelling proposals and presentations to showcase our products and services to potential clients.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to forge strategic partnerships with SIs, technology providers, and industry associations.
    • Lead the entire sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
    • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, including sales revenue and client satisfaction.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to HQ management to evaluate performance and guide strategic decisions.
