Your tasks

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities in the field of e-mobility and charging infrastructure for the industrial and project sector as well as developing and implementing long-term strategies for market launch and expanding our market share.
  • Analyzing market trends, customer needs, and the competitive environment in order to identify opportunities and risks at an early stage and derive suitable measures.
  • Establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships and networks with key players in the e-mobility industry, including suppliers, customers, and technology partners.
  • Collaborating with the Research & Development, Production, and Marketing departments to develop and launch new e-mobility products that meet the needs of the industry sector.
  • Supporting the sales team in the development of sales strategies, customer acquisition, and maintenance of key customer relationships as well as independent implementation of these measures.
  • Leading projects for the introduction of new products or services, including the creation of business cases, budget plans, and schedules.
  • Conducting contract negotiations with customers and partners, including the preparation and presentation of offers.
  • Preparing regular reports and presentations for sales management on the progress and results of business development activities.

Your profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the field of e-mobility, charging infrastructure, industry, or a related technology area.
  • Degree in business administration, engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable field of study.
  • Deep understanding of e-mobility technologies and their applications in the industry, charging infrastructure as well as an extensive network in the industry.
  • Strong ability to develop and successfully implement long-term business strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, coupled with a goal-oriented and assertive personality.
  • Experience in managing complex projects, ideally in an international environment.
  • High willingness to travel regularly, both nationally and internationally.
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English, further foreign language skills are an advantage.
