Who we are looking for:

Following rapid growth over the last 5 years, we are investing into build-up of an international sales organization focused on key industries we work with and most importantly, Mobility. At this position you will be responsible for executing our business development strategy in the EU Mobility and Transportation market: from selecting targets to prospecting key leads and onboarding new accounts.

Requirements:

  1. At least 5 years of experience of work in or sales to Automotive Industry with focus on software. Candidates with international experience are preferred.
  2. Experience selling to or interacting with European and North American customers, deep understanding of their culture and business practices.
  3. Deep understanding of Automotive industry structure, key players, relationship between them and internal dynamics such as budgeting and investment cycles.
  4. Good understanding of Automotive OEM in-vehicle software ecosystem.
  5. Good understanding of modern software development practices and processes, both industry-specific and generic (e.g. Agile, DevOps).
  6. Great communication and presentation skills. Fluent English is a must.
  7. Demonstrable understanding of IT Outsourcing industry, its business models, sales cycle and markets.
  8. Demonstrable track-record of B2B software services business development with focus on large technology companies.
  9. Proven ability to deal with prospects (at VP/Director level), and close deals with large enterprises.
  10. Existing network of potential buyers within global Automotive industry will be a big plus.
  11. Ability to grow, develop and maintain personal relationships with a network of potential buyers.
  12. Ability to operate efficiently in remote context, as a part of international, geographically distributed team.
  13. Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
  14. Good understanding of modern B2B sales techniques: from marketing to negotiation and post-sales account development.
  15. Entrepreneurial mindset, ability to take risks and operate in conditions of high uncertainty.
  16. Technical background will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

  1. As a member of a cross-functional group, lead development of value proposition and go-to-market strategy for Transportation Industry.
  2. Serve as internal stakeholder for marketing activities in Automotive industry: validate content ideas, help refine targeting and provide first level of market feedback to the team.
  3. Participate in promotional activities including speaking at conferences, attending events, and publishing content.
  4. Selectively support sales process for strategic deals: from qualification of the leads to final negotiations and deal closure.
  5. Support post-sales account development and growth.
