POSITION SUMMARY

As a Business Development Manager at Dynata, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by introducing our cutting-edge data, services, and technology to prospects and re-engaging lapsed clients. You will consult with Consumer Insight Leaders and their stakeholders to craft and implement effective strategies that maximize the value of Dynata’s offerings. Additionally, you are responsible for meeting your individual revenue goals within the region.

WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?

  • Creating and executing a new business strategy and achieving your annual sales target.
  • Identifying, creating, and converting sales opportunities through cold calls, face-to-face visits, and diligent follow-up activity.
  • Developing and expanding customer relationships with a focus on untapped potential by closing deals and managing customer expectations.
  • Proactive and responsive day-to-day communication with clients and prospects.
  • Handling incoming client requests.
  • Planning and tracking sales activities using the Company’s CRM tool, achieving quarterly and annual goals for assigned territory, and providing forecasts.
  • Attending important events to gain market knowledge and expand your network.

WHAT SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • A highly motivated and driven sales professional with a relentless work ethic.
  • Fluent communication skills in English and German.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Deep understanding of strategic and social selling principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

ANY EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED?

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in developing new business, preferably in the market research industry or corporate enterprises.
