Our Business Development Graduate Program

Over the course of 18 months, you will take ownership of our business growth by winning over and developing your own book of business, as well as running your own projects with top-tier clients & consultants.

Here, you will continuously develop, learn, and encounter new challenges, on which you will grow. You will take on different roles and experience the entire business life cycle of growing an innovative business model on an international scale. You will become an expert in the global consulting market, including its players, major trends, and the ways in which they create value for their clients.

What the next 18 months would look like for you:

• Business Development Trainee: Learn all the ins and outs of the Consulting industry, develop relationships with Consultants, and practice effective communication with all internal/external stakeholders.
• Business Development Coordinator: Collaborate with our Business Development team on Project management and Stakeholder engagement, supervising the matching process from start to finish.
• Business Development Associate: Take ownership of business growth, win and develop clients, and run your own projects with top-tier clients and consultants.
• And Beyond: You have the chance to convert to a permanent employee with us at Consultport, and continue your journey with us!

Your Profile:

• Graduating in Spring 2025, or recently graduated (within the last year) from a university in Business, Psychology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Ranked in the top 25% of your class based on grades (High School, Bachelors, or Masters).
• A desire to build relationships and drive revenue growth.
• Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders in a professional manner.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions.
• Previous experience in sales, consulting, or within a start-up environment.
• Fluency in English is a must.
• C1 proficiency in German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Dutch is a plus.
