PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Business Development and Sales Manager is responsible for supporting the CEO in defining, evaluating, and implementing commercial strategies aimed at achieving the company’s sales objectives. Although this position does not directly lead the sales team, it plays a strategic and operational role in business development and selected sales projects. The role includes ownership of independent sales targets and projects with a strong focus on new market opportunities, partnerships, and customer acquisition.
