Primobius is the result of a joint venture between Australian stock exchange-listed Neometals Ltd. and privately owned German plant engineering and technology specialist SMS group GmbH. Primobius offers a unique and sustainable method of recovering valuable lithium, nickel, cobalt, and other materials, for example carbon, from end-of-life or defective lithium-ion batteries (LiBs) from electric vehicles and consumer electronics. The recovered battery materials can be used directly in the production of new batteries.

YOU ACT
Your responsibilities include, among others:
- Conducting market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitor activities in the battery recycling industry.
- Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy based on market research to drive revenue growth for the company's li-ion battery recycling plants.
- Leading sales presentations, pitches, and negotiations to secure contracts and partnerships and achieve sales targets.
- Identifying, negotiating and establishing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the battery industry, including manufacturers and government agencies.
- Collaborating with potential clients and partners to understand their needs and tailor solutions that align with the company's mission and capabilities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking and cultivating relationships with potential customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborating closely with technical, engineering, and operations teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and the company's capabilities.
- Representing the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and other events to enhance brand visibility and to build and maintain a positive brand image.
- Monitoring sales performance, analyzing market trends, and preparing regular reports on sales activities, market conditions, and forecasts.
YOU KNOW
You have successfully completed an above-average degree. We value:
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and achieving revenue targets, ideally within the industrial or environmental technology sectors.
- Deep understanding of the Industry to grasp the competitive landscape, customer visions and pain points as well as competition to maintain a competitive edge.
- Relevant educational background in business, engineering, or a related field, coupled with several years of experience in business development or sales roles within the industrial or environmental sectors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (in German and English) to effectively convey technical information, present proposals, and represent the company at various forums.
- High social competence and resilience, as well as a willingness to travel.
