You’ll make an impact by

• You develop business strategies, drive revenue growth, and identify market trends.
• You promote our service portfolio, execute go-to-market activities, and generate new sales leads.
• You support regional teams and headquarters in market analysis, business planning, and customer engagement.
• You assist sales in customer acquisition, evaluate technical requirements, and validate pricing requests.
• You collaborate on portfolio development, digitalization strategies, and new business models.
• You conduct trainings for colleagues and customers on legacy and new service solutions.
• You have many years of experience in service, sales, or business development, preferably in Oil and Gas, Food and Beverage, and/or Manufacturing.
• You have a value-add mindset and a strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, automation, and digitalization, and are willing to explore new business areas.
• You have a master’s degree in electrical engineering, energy technology, industrial engineering, or equivalent.
• You are committed to continuous improvement and strategic thinking combined with a customer-centered approach and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English rounds off your profile.
