Status: Full-time, Permanent

Department: ICN Campus Berlin

Salary Range: €50,000 - €60,000 gross per year, depending on qualifications and experience

With a strong commitment to academic excellence, ICN offers a range of Bachelor's and Master's programs in business and management. Known for its long-standing tradition of educating future leaders, ICN operates across three campuses in Nancy, Paris, and Berlin, serving approximately 3,000 students in total.

Position Overview:

The Business Developer Corporate Partnerships & Executive Education promotes and markets ICN's corporate services to private and public organizations in Germany. This role contributes to the visibility, attractiveness, and revenue growth of ICN Berlin, aligning with the institution's strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Corporate Business Development:

  • Build and maintain a corporate contact portfolio.
  • Prospect for new clients and foster loyalty among existing partners.
  • Present and sell ICN’s corporate offerings, including executive education, research partnerships, and 'corporate lab.'
  • Manage the client lifecycle: from initial contact to contract signing and post-service follow-up.
  • Maintain records in CRM and report on business development activities.

2. Marketing and Promotional Initiatives:

  • Represent ICN at German trade fairs.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events such as open houses, networking sessions, and information meetings.
  • Develop relationships with partners, prescribers, and networks.
  • Leverage professional platforms like LinkedIn for outreach and engagement.

3. Service Development and Improvement:

  • Monitor the market and suggest enhancements to ICN's corporate offerings.
  • Collaborate with teaching teams to design and deploy new proposals.
  • Provide feedback and contribute to continuous service improvement.

4. Campus Visibility and Contribution:

  • Identify and share cross-functional opportunities for ICN activities.
  • Actively participate in events promoting ICN Berlin.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize the campus's overall impact.

Key Skills and Competencies:

Knowledge:

  • HR actors, executive education, and local market dynamics.
  • Corporate sales techniques, negotiation, and customer relationship management (CRM).
  • Digital marketing and social media tools.
  • ICN's organizational strategy and offerings.

Operational Skills:

  • Design performance monitoring tools.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and written reports.
  • Build and nurture a corporate network.

Behavioral and Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive, autonomous, and results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and adaptability to diverse situations.

Qualifications:

  • Languages: Proficiency in German and English (French is a plus).
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Development or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales or business development.
