No matter where you work from, you are an integral part of the team. That's why we are looking for a BI - Data Analyst (m/f/d) throughout Germany for our Business Intelligence Team.

These are your tasks:

1. Stakeholder management and consulting: You take a leading role in advising our stakeholders, understanding their requirements and supporting them in data-based decision-making.
2. Ownership: You take responsibility for central BI topics, continuously drive their further development and ensure that our BI solutions meet the requirements of the organization.
3. Data analysis and insights generation: You carry out in-depth data analysis to gain insights for operational and strategic management. You will be able to communicate your findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders in an understandable and convincing way.
4. Developing and optimizing reports: You design and implement advanced reports and dashboards that present complex issues in a way that is understandable and clear to different stakeholders.
5. Data responsibility and quality assurance: In close cooperation with our data engineers, you will ensure that our data is prepared accurately to ensure that it is of the highest quality and can develop its full potential.
6. Knowledge transfer and team development: You act as a mentor and multiplier, actively sharing insights, workflows and processes within the team in order to grow together and learn from each other. You will also continuously monitor and evaluate trends and developments in the field of BI and thus actively drive further development.

What you bring to the table:

1. You have successfully completed a degree in mathematics, statistics, economics or computer science or have a comparable qualification.
2. You already have several years of professional experience in the field of business intelligence.
3. You have sound experience in MS PowerBI or other data analysis tools.
4. If we could wish, you also have advanced SQL skills.
5. You impress with your analytical thinking skills as well as technical affinity and feel at home in an agile environment.
6. You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
7. You are characterised by your structured way of working and a high degree of self-organisation and initiative. You always work in a trusting and responsible manner.
8. You are fluent in German (C1) and English (C1).
