Your contribution :

1. You continuously improve the existing Business Continuity Management Framework and all related central processes and guidelines.
2. You steer company-wide business impact and protection requirements analysis, risk assessments, disaster recovery planning and business continuity testing.
3. You consult and support organizational units in all matters related to business continuity and resilience.

What you bring along :

1. You have a degree in computer science, IT security or similar and a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in business continuity management, risk management or related fields.
2. You have a strong understanding of business continuity principles and frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301, BSI 200-4, NIST SP 800-34), ideally complemented by certifications such as ISO 22301 Lead Implementer, ISO 27005 Lead Risk Manager, CISM or CRISC.
3. You are experienced in designing and implementing resilience measures across diverse and large-scale business environments.
4. You are experienced in project management and can meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in both written and spoken English is required, and German is highly desired.
