Business Analyst - Taxation mfx onsite remote in Germany

Job Responsibilities:

• Take an important role in facilitating our product management and make an impact in a fast-growing financial company.
• Join a highly motivated team dedicated to delivering customer-focused products.
• Take responsibility for conducting in-depth research and providing valuable insights for product decision making.
• Investigate complex taxation subjects, identify business implications, and formulate recommendations for further action.
• Design tests, uncover edge cases, and conduct rigorous testing to resolve findings.
• Analyse, evaluate, and monitor relevant policy changes and identify the need for action.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration by connecting business requirements with technical considerations.
• Work closely with the Product Manager and Financial Engineering team ensuring the highest quality in a rapidly changing environment.

Qualifications:

• A fundamental understanding of the inner workings of a financial services institution.
• A natural curiosity that drives you to explore complex topics with multiple interdependencies and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse, extract, and interpret relevant information from legal and regulatory texts.
• Very good (C2) written and spoken knowledge of German and English.
• Willingness to work with Python-based solutions.
