What will you do?
- Analyse and optimize payroll processes to improve efficiency and accuracy while collaborating with different teams to ensure compliance with Luxembourg regulations, labour laws, and internal policies.
- Support payroll system improvements by gathering needs, managing the complete analysis of the requests, defining project scopes, drafting specifications, testing functionalities, and assisting with implementation.
- Secure the launch of projects by performing necessary operations (data recovery, parallel computing, bug fixes, client support, etc.).
- Manage payroll-related projects, including process automation, system upgrades, and policy implementations.
- Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new payroll processes.
- Challenge existing practices and propose innovative solutions to enhance payroll operations.
This offer is for you if:
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position in the field of payroll (ideally in Luxembourg) and HRIS.
- You have a good understanding of Luxembourg payroll regulations and processes, and are used to working with payroll systems, data analysis tools, and Excel.
- You are detail-oriented, analytical, and have a problem-solving mindset.
- You have strong project management and change management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate multiple initiatives.
- You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and interacting with different teams.
- You speak French and English fluently; additional languages are a plus.
