What you’ll do

Summary:

A Business Analyst plays a crucial role in an organization, acting as a bridge between business needs and technological solutions. Their primary responsibility is to analyze business processes, identify requirements, and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability. In summary, a business analyst serves as a critical liaison between business and technology, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into functional solutions. They play a strategic role in driving business improvements, optimizing processes, and supporting the successful implementation of projects.

The Role:

1. Transform the existing commercialization and provisioning processes into a state-of-the-art automated delivery process for our customers – starting with our Cloud products.
2. Introduce our cloud product, Entitlement Management System (EMS), to the internal worlds of SAP.
3. Collect, analyze and mature business requirements as well as transform and document them into features, which can be discussed with and implemented by our development team.
4. Be responsible for the feature from creation until Go Live, including testing and accepting the final increment.
5. Be an expert on how the supported deal motions are flowing E2E across different systems such as Digital Store, CPQ, CRM, EMS, BTP and SAP for Me.
6. Share knowledge, expertise and new ideas / innovations.
7. Be part of the EMS journey together with our Development and Operation team.

What you bring

1. Deep knowledge of processes / deal motions used within Sales Cycles, E2E Testing Expertise.
2. Good technical understanding as well as knowledge on Order-to-Fulfill processes on SAP CRM and SAP ERP.
3. Ability to build the bridge between Business and IT and describe processes and features clearly and concisely.
4. Passion for delivering high quality as well as expanding your knowledge to new areas and topics, Pro-activity in collecting information and deep diving into topics.
5. Ability to structure and lead targeted discussions.
6. Experience in working in agile and virtual teams.
7. Excellent English and good German language skills.
