- Leading the creation and execution of a dynamic business analytics roadmap for Siemens Smart Infrastructure e-commerce channels, enhancing data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, including Business Units, Sales Regions, Finance, and IT, to design and optimize the e-commerce analytics framework.
- Delivering impactful, data-backed e-commerce business reports to stakeholders, uncovering valuable growth opportunities and actionable insights.
- Driving process improvements and implementing necessary changes by coordinating with Business Units, focusing on optimizing e-commerce data analytics processes.
- Spearheading e-commerce and business analytics communities, engaging stakeholders from various departments to ensure alignment and collaboration.

- Experience & Skills
- Several years of professional experience in business analytics within a B2B environment, with a focus on SAP systems and e-commerce channel analysis.
- A deep desire to become an expert in B2B e-commerce business analytics, with a strong focus on continuous learning and process optimization.
- Expertise in using data analytics tools to gather requirements, design business processes, and build impactful dashboards.
- Exceptional ability to independently craft, present, and communicate clear, structured concepts and opportunities that drive business improvements.
- Highly empathetic and communicative, with a strong personality and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
