Job Title: Business Analyst (f/m/d)

What you’ll be doing:

1. Act as a thought leader in AI-driven automation, providing strategic guidance within key domains.
2. Champion an automation-first mindset, empowering teams to integrate AI solutions effectively.
3. Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to design and implement AI-powered solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.
4. Leverage deep industry expertise to analyze business processes and develop impactful automation strategies.
5. Ensure alignment with industry best practices, regulatory standards, and emerging AI trends to maintain compliance and innovation.

What you bring:

1. 5+ years of domain expertise in AI, automation, or related industry sectors, with a strong focus on implementing AI-driven solutions.
2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline).
3. Deep understanding of AI-powered automation tools, workflows, and best practices, ensuring seamless integration into business processes.
4. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable AI automation solutions.
5. Proven experience in advising on AI implementation strategies, driving successful adoption across teams.
6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
7. Experience in the music, media, or digital publishing industry is a plus.
