Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a Data Analytics background to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a technical affinity for managing large data sets, practical experience with platforms like Snowflake, and strong business analysis skills. HR domain experience is a plus, but not required. This role requires a blend of data expertise, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management to define, structure, and optimize IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analytics & Technical Expertise
   • Work with large-scale data sets, ensuring structured and meaningful analysis.
   • Utilize platforms like Snowflake for data processing and integration.
   • Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
2. Business Analysis & Requirement Gathering
   • Collect, analyze, and define user, functional, and non-functional requirements.
   • Facilitate workshops to gather input from business stakeholders.
   • Use business process modeling techniques to visualize workflows and improvements.
   • Develop use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and decision tables.
3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
   • Act as a bridge between technical teams, developers, testers, and solution architects.
   • Ensure clear communication of objectives and requirements to all stakeholders.
   • Influence decision-making through data analysis and insights.
   • Work closely with UX specialists to enhance system usability and user-centered design.
4. Agile & Software Development Support
   • Strong understanding of Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
   • Support the full requirements lifecycle, including tracking and change management.
   • Lead and organize project tasks, ensuring on-time delivery.
   • Assist in estimating and structuring project deliverables.
5. Documentation & Process Optimization
   • Create high-quality technical documentation for business and technical teams.
   • Improve system usability through process mapping, logical modeling, and data dictionary creation.
   • Plan, organize, and structure workflows for efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT solutions.
• Data Analytics background, with experience working on large datasets.
• Strong technical skills, especially with Snowflake or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on experience with business process modeling, requirements gathering, and system usability improvements.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in English (B2/C1 level).

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience in HR-related IT solutions.
• Knowledge of User-Centered Design (UCD), UX, and prototyping.
• Workshop facilitation and training abilities.
• Familiarity with customer experience optimization.
