Overview
We only accept applicants who are resident in Germany or Austria and currently hold a work permit for Germany or Austria.
Salary: €75,000 - €85,000 with willingness to overpay.
Location: Frankfurt, Germany (Remote) - up to 100% REMOTE possible (Germany or Austria).

Your profile
A degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in Requirements Engineering, or a related role within fintech or blockchain sector.
Strong understanding of trading platforms, digital assets, and financial market regulations. DLT technologies and their applications is a plus.
Proficiency in eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements using structured methodologies.
Hands-on experience with agile development frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JIRA, Confluence.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, able to bridge technical and business perspectives effectively.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken. German is a considerable advantage.

Tasks
Requirement gathering: Identify, structure, and document business and technical requirements.
Process improvement: Analyze existing workflows, uncover inefficiencies, and propose enhancements for optimized system performance.
Stakeholder coordination: Bridge the gap between product management, technology, and compliance teams to align expectations and ensure regulatory adherence.
Technical specification: Develop structured, actionable requirement documents and assess feasibility in collaboration with system architects.
Implementation support: Work closely with developers and QA teams to ensure requirements are correctly translated into functional solutions.
Lifecycle management: Maintain requirement traceability, track changes, and ensure consistent documentation throughout the development process.
