Tax - Senior Business Analyst

***Local candidates STRONGLY preferred***

Description:

Senior Business Analyst with Identity Access Management Knowledge (preferably SailPoint)

One senior business analyst with 8+ years of experience in the following:

1. Documents the business processes or systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
2. Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills.
3. Proficiency in business case development.
4. Proficiency in obtaining requirements, requirements organization, and requirements analysis. Translating, simplifying and transforming requirements into systems design requirements management and communication.
5. Demonstrated ability to analyze business and technical requirements to develop and execute test plans/strategies.
6. Demonstrated ability to design, develop, implement and execute custom automation/manual testing frameworks.
7. Working knowledge of Identity and Access Management principles and tools.
8. Communication skills (presentational, active listening, ability to build consensus, agreement and support across functions and at all levels).

Qualifications

Identity and Access Management principles and tools - (Preferably SailPoint)
