Business Administrator as Senior Manager Procurement - Foundry

In your new role you will:

• Define scope and supplier base for RFI and RFQ
• Drive RFI and RFQ to match our business needs, targets and strategy
• Categorize supplier base according to sourcing model and strategic guidelines
• Drive foundry assessment and selection process within RFQ (incl. Risk assessment)
• Drive negotiation aspects for business award in line with business needs
• Interface to Contract Management to guide them with business needs.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A degree in Electronics or Mechanics in combination with Business Administration
• At least 5 years of work experience in the semiconductor industry or comparable experience in negotiations
• Knowledge on semiconductor technologies and manufacturing processes
• Experience with negotiation methods and tactics
• Understanding of business processes and decision criteria within the sourcing process
• Fluent English skills, while German is a big plus.
