These tasks await you:

1. Work closely with our customers in specialized departments to gather reporting requirements, analyze underlying business processes, and identify key data sources.
2. Develop and maintain data flows and models through our ETL processes, from data extraction from various source systems to delivering insightful reports and dashboards.
3. Design and implement reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights and support decision-making across the organization, taking full end-to-end responsibility from data integration to final delivery.

These skills you bring with you:

1. Broad foundational knowledge of business processes, particularly in SAP, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
2. Proficient in developing dashboards using a BI tool, preferably Power BI, with a focus on delivering business value through data visualization.
3. Capable of working independently on projects within an agile, international team environment, where collaboration and mutual support are highly valued.
4. Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Mathematics, or a comparable field of study.
5. Fluent in English; basic knowledge of German is a plus.
