Job Description

What we are looking for:

We're searching for our next working student for the Product Management Private Markets Team based in Munich for 12 months. You will support the team by providing a timely and efficient service to Invesco Real Estate (IRE) clients.

You’ll be involved in:

1. Supporting the IRE EMEA Investor Relations function to ensure an outstanding client experience.
2. Assisting IRE Client Portfolio Managers (CPMs), the wider IRE team, and IVZ Sales with timely responses to requests for information from institutional clients for product materials.
3. Providing regular customized reports for selective clients, working with internal partners where appropriate.
4. Working with the Request for Proposals (RFP) team to ensure that the internal database is kept up to date and liaising with internal contacts to capture information for language updates.
5. Taking ownership in ensuring that investor information is accurately recorded in Investran, Viaduct, Salesforce, and client portals, including the maintenance of IRE's distribution lists.
6. Acting as an assistant to the Investor Relations representative as requested for one or more IRE funds, learning about all aspects of these funds and helping to manage activities between Fund Managers, Fund Operations Managers (FOMs), CPMs, and other IRE teams.
7. Liaising with IRE's wider global Investor Relations and Product Management team to ensure global consistency and coordination of client relationship management.

What you can bring:

1. Previous experience of working in an office environment would be an advantage.
2. Proficient in MS Word, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and OneNote.
3. German and English required.
4. Studying a degree in a subject related to real estate, business, economics, or similar.
5. High personal motivation; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Ability to prioritize tasks, be deadline-driven, and multitask as necessary.
8. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
