We have an amazing opportunity to join one of the most successful telecommunication deployment companies in Germany. Looking for Bauleiter/Projekleiters who can communicate in German C1. This is an opportunity to grow and progress with the company due to their growth, and they are looking for ambitious people who want to help expand their division.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives:
As a Bauleiter, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. Your key objectives will include:

1. Managing a team of subcontractors (6-12 people)
2. Ensuring health and safety measures are taken
3. Delegating tasks and supervising all civil work
4. Providing support to civil teams
5. Solution-oriented problem solving

Required Skills/Experience:
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:

1. Experience as a Bauleiter or construction site manager, or any road work background
2. C1 German proficiency
3. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
4. Driving license and right to work in the EU

Desirable Skills/Experience:
Although not essential, the following skills and experience are desired by the client:

1. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
2. Experience in managing large-scale construction projects
3. FTTX experience is a plus
4. Road works experience is highly sought after
