Your mission
You have just completed your studies and are now looking to start your career in Finance/Credit Risk? We are looking for ambitious talents who want to launch their careers in a dynamic and future-oriented environment.
Over the course of 12 months, you will gain comprehensive knowledge in Credit Risk Management, take on independent tasks and projects from day one, and continuously deepen your expertise. Throughout the program, you will be guided and supported by an experienced mentor. You will learn how Credit Risk Management operates in an international trading company, including how to apply for credit limits and submit reports to trade credit insurers. You will collaborate with international colleagues from Sales and Customer Service to develop innovative strategies for faster settlement of outstanding receivables. Additionally, you will analyze international financial reports of our business partners, learn how to assess creditworthiness, and contribute to the development of processes and policies in credit and risk management.
Your profile
A successfully completed degree
Initial work experience, e.g., as a working student or intern in the finance sector
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken; additional language skills (e.g., Spanish) are a plus
Quick comprehension, strong analytical thinking, and a structured, detail-oriented approach to work
A communicative personality
