As Mikuta continues to expand globally, we are seeking a B2B Sales Manager to help drive our wholesale growth and build lasting relationships with retail partners around the world.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a B2B Sales Manager at Mikuta, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our wholesale business and introducing our brand to new markets. You’ll be responsible for driving sales through key retail partners, including boutiques, department stores, and online retailers, all while maintaining the brand’s core values of affordable luxury, unique design, and sustainable practices. Your role will involve strategy, relationship-building, and brand advocacy, helping Mikuta continue to grow as a leading name in modern fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy & Growth:
    1. Develop and execute B2B sales strategies that align with Mikuta’s position as an affordable luxury brand.
    2. Identify and secure new business opportunities with retail clients, including high-end boutiques, premium department stores, and online platforms.
    3. Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs for the wholesale channel while maintaining brand integrity and pricing strategy.
    4. Stay informed on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to ensure Mikuta remains at the forefront of fashion.
  2. Relationship Management:
    1. Build and nurture long-term relationships with retail partners, ensuring they are fully aligned with Mikuta's ethos of affordable luxury and sustainable fashion.
    2. Act as the primary point of contact for retail partners, addressing their needs and inquiries while ensuring the smooth execution of orders.
    3. Collaborate closely with the customer service and logistics teams to ensure seamless product delivery and a positive client experience.
  3. Sales Presentations & Negotiations:
    1. Lead compelling sales presentations that showcase Mikuta’s unique aesthetic, from Berlin-inspired street style to Balearic influences and rock 'n' roll edge.
    2. Represent Mikuta at trade shows, showrooms, and other industry events to attract new accounts and grow the brand’s visibility.
    3. Negotiate favorable terms and agreements with retail partners, ensuring that the brand’s premium positioning and values are preserved.
  4. Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
    1. Provide regular updates and insights on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
    2. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and collaborate with the operations and production teams to ensure inventory levels align with demand.
  5. Collaboration & Product Development:
    1. Work closely with the design, marketing, and product teams to provide feedback on customer preferences, trends, and emerging market needs.
    2. Support product launches and collections by ensuring retail partners have the right assortments to match their customer base.
  6. Brand Representation:
    1. Serve as a passionate advocate for Mikuta, representing the brand’s fusion of affordable luxury, Berlin cool, Balearic flair, and rock 'n' roll attitude in every B2B interaction.
    2. Ensure all communications and retail touchpoints reflect the Mikuta brand values: modern, inclusive, sustainable, and stylish.

ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the fashion, luxury, or wholesale industries.
  • Strong understanding of wholesale channels, pricing strategies, and retail operations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a customer-first mentality.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Knowledge of fashion trends, particularly in the affordable luxury and contemporary fashion space.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • A genuine passion for fashion and a strong understanding of Mikuta’s unique aesthetic and brand story.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with international retail accounts and global distribution.
  • A deep appreciation for Mikuta’s sustainable design ethos and the brand’s roots in Berlin and the Balearic Islands.
  • Fluency in English and additional languages is a plus.
