Aviation Maintenance Center Manager

Our company is actively seeking a highly skilled and motivated PART 145 Base & Line Maintenance – Maintenance Center Manager to play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating our Maintenance Center. The Maintenance Center Manager will be responsible for the overall performance of line, base, and workshop maintenance activities.

PART 145 Base & Line Maintenance Management

1. Provide leadership, management, and administration of all employees (hangar & support functions).
2. Develop and oversee the approval of the maintenance organization exposition and associated procedures.
3. Assist management with quality audits, findings, corrective and preventative actions.
4. Promote a Just Culture and report all incidents and occurrences through the Company Safety Management.
5. Monitor performance and provide regular briefings, guidance, and support to the team.
6. Set direction in line with the Company’s vision and strategy, leading and developing the Team Leaders and the operational teams.
7. Accountable for the operational and commercial performance of the Maintenance Center.
8. Manage costs and budget, responsible for developing business cases to support operational, business, or recruitment needs.
9. Set and monitor business KPIs to meet the needs of the business.
10. Drive continuous process improvement using technologies, data analytics, and methods.
11. Manage third-party contractual agreements as required.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial environments.
2. Minimum 3 years of management experience.
3. English language, both written and spoken. French or German would be a plus.
4. Knowledge relating to Part-145, Part 66 & Part-M is preferred.
5. Knowledge of EASA Part-145 requirements and Human Factors.
6. Excellent communicator, flexible, perseverance, positive attitude, and solution-focused.
7. Be highly motivated, a great team player with a high level of attention to detail.
