AV Project Manager m/f/d

Your Role:

As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our UCC and AV projects (LED Walls, digital signage, video conferencing & meeting rooms).

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of project execution, from initial planning to final delivery, while ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. Your ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, apply advanced project management methodologies, and mitigate risks will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle for UCC and AV systems integration, from planning and execution to completion and handover.
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Oversee and coordinate project teams, including internal staff, subcontractors, and vendors, to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues that arise.
• Monitor project budgets, ensuring all financial targets are met and managing any necessary adjustments.
• Apply established project management methodologies to drive project success and continuously improve processes.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure the seamless integration of UCC and AV systems.
• Manage a high project load, balancing priorities and resources to meet all project deadlines.

Your Profile:

• Extensive experience in project management, particularly in the UCC or AV market, is highly advantageous.
• Strong expertise in risk management, with a proven track record of successfully navigating complex project challenges.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a high-pressure environment.
• Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile) and their practical application in systems integration projects.
• Excellent budgeting and financial management skills, with a focus on delivering projects within budget.
• Fluency in both German and English is essential.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide project teams to success.
• A collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Salary:

€60,000 - €80,000
