Design and update technical service training for distributors, OEMs, and dealers
Align training content with HQ in Japan and the European distributor network
Continuously improve training methods (classroom and digital)
Support the daily operations of the Training Center (e.g., room setup, welcoming participants)
Qualifications
A completed qualification as Master Craftsman (Kfz-Meister), State-Certified Technician (staatlich geprüfter KFZ-Techniker), or equivalent
Practical experience in diagnostics, repair, and service - from a dealership or workshop environment
A genuine interest in training and education - prior training experience is helpful but not required
Solid English skills (written and spoken) for developing and delivering training content
Strong self-organization, curiosity, and a proactive mindset for continuous learning
You communicate clearly and confidently - and know how to connect with different people, whether they are from other countries or have different technical backgrounds
A car driver's license is required, and a truck driver's license would be an advantage
