Automotive Trainer / Training Developer (m/w/d)

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design and update technical service training for distributors, OEMs, and dealers
• Align training content with HQ in Japan and the European distributor network
• Continuously improve training methods (classroom and digital)
• Support the daily operations of the Training Center (e.g., room setup, welcoming participants)

Qualifications

• A completed qualification as Master Craftsman (Kfz-Meister), State-Certified Technician (staatlich geprüfter KFZ-Techniker), or equivalent
• Practical experience in diagnostics, repair, and service - from a dealership or workshop environment
• A genuine interest in training and education - prior training experience is helpful but not required
• Solid English skills (written and spoken) for developing and delivering training content
• Strong self-organization, curiosity, and a proactive mindset for continuous learning
• You communicate clearly and confidently - and know how to connect with different people, whether they are from other countries or have different technical backgrounds
• A car driver's license is required, and a truck driver's license would be an advantage
