Job Description:

Your mission

• Design and implement automated manufacturing solutions for UAV production and quality testing
• Develop robotic assembly, precision manufacturing, and autonomous inspection systems
• Optimize AI-driven predictive maintenance and process automation for large-scale UAV production
• Integrate Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, digital twins, and real-time production monitoring
• Develop automated end-of-line testing solutions for UAV validation and compliance
• Work with AI, embedded, and mechanical teams to ensure seamless integration of automation processes
• Ensure compliance with aerospace and defense manufacturing standards (ISO 9100, MIL-STD-810G, IPC-A-610)

Your profile

• 5+ years experience in automation, robotics, or smart manufacturing (Factory 4.0)
• Expertise in PLC programming, industrial robotics (Fanuc, KUKA, ABB), and automated vision systems
• Proficiency in Python, C++, or MATLAB for robotic process control and automation scripting
• Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), SCADA, and real-time production analytics
• Knowledge of AI-driven robotic automation, digital twins, and predictive maintenance
• Familiarity with additive manufacturing, CNC automation, and UAV-specific production technologies

Nice to have

• Experience in defense or aerospace manufacturing automation
• Background in AI-powered defect detection and quality assurance
• Knowledge of automated UAV swarm testing and factory-scale simulation environments
