Job Title: Audit Assistant, Customer Service Operations
Job Description:
The Role: An Audit Assistant in Customer Service Operations is responsible for assisting the Director of Customer Service Operations and auditors in reviewing order entries, ensuring compliance, and identifying discrepancies. The Audit Assistant is responsible for collecting and organizing order processing data and preparing reports and statements.
In this role, you will demonstrate a willingness to conduct fieldwork, review customer purchasing documents and Entegris customer-facing documents, test controls, and prepare reports. You will perform audit tasks in accordance with our SOX control requirements.
Run reports in Entegris ERP (SAP) using predefined parameters and export to Excel.
Use MS Excel functions to analyze data and randomly select records for testing.
Collect customer purchase documentation from SAP and/or regional customer service teams.
Compare customer purchase documents to Entegris customer-facing documents.
Report discrepancies & document findings in MS Excel spreadsheets.
Perform any other audit tasks as defined by the auditors and assigned to you by the Director of Customer Service Operations.

Excellent organizational skills to coordinate task completion in a timely and effective manner.
Detail oriented.
Ability to present results in an easy-to-understand manner.
Experience with SAP is a plus, training will be provided during onboarding.
