Company Overview: WWC Global is a federally-focused, woman-owned management firm serving the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Department of State, and USAID.

CeLeen, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is seeking a skilled Network Engineer/Architect to design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure. The Network Engineer/Architect will work closely with various stakeholders to create robust network solutions that meet both current and future operational needs. Your role involves the design of new networks, evaluating existing network systems, identifying areas for improvement, and planning for scalability and efficiency of those networks and all connected hardware and software. This is a senior position that requires expert level knowledge in routing, switching, and network traffic analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Designing and implementing innovative networking solutions that support organizational goals.
2. Evaluating and optimizing existing network configurations for performance and reliability.
3. Collaborating with IT teams to establish data communications systems that are secure and scalable.
4. Conducting risk assessments and implementing security protocols to safeguard our network integrity.
5. Monitoring network performance and implementing system changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Providing technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders regarding network designs and implementations.
7. Staying ahead of industry trends and technologies to inform network strategies.
8. Documenting network architecture, protocols, and policies for reference and compliance.

Key Technologies/Concepts:

1. Cisco networking software, hardware, tools, protocols, etc.
2. Software Defined Networking (Specifically Cisco Application Centric Infrastructure)
3. Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS)
4. Enhanced Interior Gateway Routing Protocol (EIGRP)
5. Open Shortest Path First (OSPF)

This position is contingent on contract award.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
• Ability to work in confined areas.

Travel:

• 11-20% / Occasional travel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Current, active Top Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain TS/SCI.
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
• Security Certifications (Any one of the below):
• CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP+)
• CCNP-Security
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
• Expert proficiency level in Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. CeLeen will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Current, active TS/SCI clearance.
