Stewardship: Issues safe work permits, timely confirm the alarm of DCS/PLC production line one by one and make response. Put forward the bypass application according to demand. Addresses alarms, communicates needs for bypasses, LOTO equipment and turn over to maintenance for repairs and participate in return to service of equipment.
Toolbox meeting: Conduct Behavior Based Observations (BBO) and communicate HazRecs and near Miss Incidents. Participate in MOC, PHA, RCA etc. sessions. Take part in emergency response / Initial response team as needed. Start up and shutdown of process equipment in a safe manner.
Perform work in accordance to Conduct of Operations for proper hand-offs with other workgroups.
Work order notification, EIP, SOL, Security Sharing and Resolution, EOP, Forklift, Tool Use, focus on the implementation, feedback and optimization of KPI S of each shift production line.
Environmental compliance: Regular on-site inspection of the production line to identify potential safety risks and eliminate or upgrade.
Wall drawing execution.
Quality
Running the production follow the SOC and respond for any deviation.
Take process and finished product samples according to requirements, and intervene in advance against the result trend of process samples to prevent the generation of nonconforming products.
Spot check RM quality in each shift, making sure the right material has been used according to SOC.
Spot check the finished goods in each shift to make sure the labeling, weight and package are 100% correct.
Identify and eliminate the cross-contamination risks in your shift and share with the core.
Ensure that SOC records are complete, clean and reliable.
Field inspection.
Reliability
Conduct routine rounds (SQRE) and proactively report, mitigate and solve emerging issues.
Inspect on-site devices to ensure their integrity and proper operation.
Determine whether to upgrade to RE based on the actual situation.
Monitor production process (e.g. DCS, gauges …).
Investigate and troubleshoot abnormal operations.
Operate field equipment (e.g. valves, pumps) to perform operations tasks per SOP, SOC, special instructions (e.g. filter changes, bagging, manual activities, additions …).
Shift handover and takeover.
Engagement
Provide inputs to improve SOPs.
Look for any gaps to SQRE, generate ideas and improvement projects for continuous improvement on a monthly basis.
Perpetuate a culture of safety, quality, and reliability with all colleagues, contractors, and guests in the unit.
Actively participate in training, improve training quality and meet training requirements.
Shift to post handover and keep the records clear.
Train new people and keep improving the quality of training.
Improve production line quality (feeding, packaging...).
Participate in optimizing production process conditions.
