We connect toptier venture capital and private equity investors, consulting firms, and corporations with a global network of advisors across more than 80 technical fields including climate, healthcare, and computing, providing tailored project advisory and due diligence services. Our mission is to help allocate capital to high-impact promising opportunities by leveraging the expertise of advisors from leading institutions such as MIT, ASML, Harvard, LanzaTech, Oxford, Carbon Engineering, Stanford, General Fusion, CERN, and many more.

About the Role

As an Associate at Deepsense, you will join a dynamic, fast-growing startup where you'll work closely with our founding team of scientists, operators, and investors. Deepsense, founded in 2023, offers ample growth opportunities and you will play a key role in shaping and expanding the company. Reporting directly to our Operations Lead, you'll collaborate with advisors and clients and take ownership to deliver impactful projects.

Location: Remote or Berlin, Germany

Capacity: Full-time

Tasks

1. Support the development of project proposals and manage the delivery of live customer projects.
2. Produce client-facing outputs such as reports and presentations.
3. Source and engage with advisors via our internal database and external resources.
4. Manage end-to-end client-to-advisor interactions including communication and scheduling.
5. Conduct thorough market research on diverse deep tech topics.
6. Develop and execute effective growth outreach and customer engagement strategies.
7. Represent Deepsense in field sales activities.

4. Fluent in verbal and written English.
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
