We at mementor are a diverse, international and highly motivated team with core competencies in the fields of psychology, medicine, software development, digital design, sales and marketing. Together we develop digital health applications (DiGAs) in the field of sleep medicine and other health specialist fields.
What we need your support for with 32 to 40hrs/ week
- Create user-centred designs ensuring the understanding and consideration of business, stakeholders, and users needs
- Work in cross-functional projects with the Software Development team, the Health Interventions teams and other stakeholders
- Responsible for conducting and supporting user research activities (i.e. usability tests, user interviews, data analysis), defining insights and problem statements
- Responsible for conducting and supporting solution ideation activities (research, brainstorming, development of MVP solutions with increments, solution testing)
- Apply and advocate Design Thinking, Lean, and Agile methodologies
- Stay updated with information on the latest UI/UX trends and design styles
- Set the bar for design work quality and provide quality control over design outputs and production
- Work closely with other UI/UX designers, encouraging cooperation and teamwork to assure visual consistency and high quality among all the design projects
- Build out and maintain design systems & corporate identity.
What you ideally bring with you
- English (fluent) and German (native & C1) is a must
- Experience working with design systems
- Experience working on cross-functional, project based environment
- Good understanding on technical requirements and limitations (feasibility)
- Ability to develop projects from concept to completion and follow up
- Experience conducting UX Research for problem discovery and solution delivery
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing to clearly articulate your ideas, designs, and suggestions
- Attention to detail
- Strong team player attitude to collaborate effectively with other team members
- Proactivity, initiative and leading without authority
