Job Description:

Challenging projects with a focus on strategy, controlling, finance, accounting and the Group's divisions and business units

You will support the management in all areas of responsibility

You will be responsible for conducting market and potential analyses, as well as profitability and investment calculations.

You will prepare presentations and decision-making documents for the management

You support the planning and implementation of national and international workshops and meetings

You will work on strategic projects across the Group (DCF analysis, multiple analysis, etc.) and develop the business strategy.

You will support departments in their day-to-day operations and by taking on independent projects.

You support communication within the H&T Group, prepare speeches and contribute to the external presentation of the H&T Group

Your profile

You have an above-average degree in industrial engineering or business administration.

You have already gained initial practical experience in the form of an internship or commercial / technical vocational training

You are familiar with international working methods and cultures through work/ internships/ studies abroad

You understand and are interested in financial and business interrelationships and projects based on them.

You have very good correspondence and presentation skills

You work independently, autonomously and proactively, are well organized and able to set the right priorities.

You can handle with busy times. You can keep track of simultaneous tasks and projects.

You are able to "get stuck in", are goal- and problem-setting oriented, and critically question issues.

Absolute integrity and confidentiality are given.

You enjoy business trips and are internationally mobile - for a limited period of time

You communicate effectively in written and spoken German and English
