Create an inclusive working environment with a customer-centric mindset

Support the induction and welcome process of new team members - Business Client Development
Maximise the potential of all product categories through Brand storytelling by delivering the brand image proposition to commercially enhance the journey
Build and foster strong, loyal relationships between clients and the brand
Leverage all clienteling tools and opportunities to drive loyalty - Operations
Manage inventory flow to minimise shrink loss through operational excellence
Manage floor recovery, size and price integrity
Analyse data, utilise reports and make conclusions to optimise performance and/or take corrective action in collaboration with the General Manager
