Job Description:
Our client is a retirement planning and pensions benefit fund located in Long Island City, NY (office is very close to the subway). We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Pension Director with strong expertise in Microsoft Excel and data analysis to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for data entry, document management, and assisting with pension-related applications and remittances while also providing analytical support for financial and operational tasks. This role requires excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to handle confidential information efficiently. This role can be an entry level (with strong internship experience) or someone with 1-3 years of experience but this person must have a relevant degree and extremely strong Microsoft Excel and overall computer skills as well as have strong organizational skills.
