ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (gn)
This is what your day looks like:
- Close cooperation with the Human Resources Director - you are her representative and support.
- You have an advisory function for the management, department heads, and employees, as well as for your HR colleagues.
- Administratively, you excel in meeting deadlines, preparing all documents, preparing the end of the month, and, above all, accurate payroll preparation.
- From trade fair appearances to job interviews, you are always looking for innovative ways to attract staff and make Hilton Cologne even better known as an employer brand.
- You are the contact person for vocational schools, colleges, and universities and are happy to provide support with questions and challenges.
- Training planning and implementation, as well as personnel development measures, are close to your heart.

This is what we want from you:
- First things first: You are a passionate HR professional and you are passionate about active HR work and working with the entire team.
- You have completed vocational training, preferably in the hotel industry or in the HR services sector, as well as several years of professional experience in HR.
- Or you have a degree in human resources and 1-2 years of professional experience in a comparable position.
- You want to develop yourself every day, take on responsibility and be part of an ambitious team.
- You also have an excellent command of German and are not afraid to use English professionally.
- You are a committed and enthusiastic person who above all can maintain discretion.
- Your strengths include prioritising employee concerns and keeping a cool head at all times.
