Your daily business

  • Supporting the hotel manager in the management and organization of all departments and employees
  • Assisting with day-to-day operations and processing group inquiries and reservations
  • Supporting the Hotel Manager in recruiting new employees and ensuring the induction and development process
  • Induction and training of new employees, including ensuring an efficient and sustainable onboarding process
  • Promoting the brand image by adhering to all Hilton brand and service standards
  • Developing and implementing in-house sales & marketing strategies

Our Expectation

  • Relevant professional experience in the hotel industry with a focus on front office / rooms, preferably in the city hotel industry
  • First operational management experience
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Confident handling of common hotel software
  • Good IT skills with a focus on MS Office (MS Excel)
  • Leadership personality who knows how to inspire, motivate and make a difference
