Assistant (f/m/d) for the Corporate Planning department
in part-time (30 hours/week)
The Corporate Planning Department serves as a partner for all Business Domains and Management to secure transparency on financial figures and processes and support all organizational units in strengthening their processes to increase the business success and be well prepared for future challenges. The Assistant will provide general administrative support within the Corporate Planning Department. The Assistant will be the first point of contact both internally and externally. The Assistant must be a self-starter with the ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations, with strong verbal, written and administrative skills. In addition, the Assistant must be able to understand and prioritise a wide range of activities, including confidential matters.
