The Role

• Portfolio Strategy & Asset Optimisation – Develop and execute strategies to enhance value and performance across a diverse commercial portfolio.
• Business Planning & Budget Control – Oversee financial planning, reporting, and budget responsibility to maximise returns.
• Owner Representation – Act as a key decision-maker, ensuring assets perform at their full potential.
• Leasing & Sales Management – Drive leasing activities and sales processes to secure top-tier tenants and optimise occupancy.
• Stakeholder & Service Provider Management – Lead internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless asset management.

About You

• Solid experience in commercial asset management, with a deep understanding of the market.
• Strong expertise in leasing, property management, and investment strategy.
• A commercially savvy negotiator with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience with industrial/logistics assets is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable making data-driven decisions.
• Fluent in English & German, with a willingness to travel regionally.
