Area Manager (m/w/d) West Germany
Coster Copenhagen is currently looking for an ambitious Sales Area Manager who will be responsible for West Germany (NRW, Saarland, Hessen, Rheinland-Pfalz).
Your Tasks:
Customer Acquisition and Support
- Strategic acquisition of new customers
- Acquiring new partners and building long-term relationships.
Sales Management & Sales Responsibility
- Planning, management, and optimization of sales strategies
- Contributing to the definition of the sales strategy and growth targets in your district.
Showroom & Presentation
- Organizing a temporary showroom.
- Planning and realization of showroom appointments
- Active brand representation at events, trade fairs, and customer appointments.
- Traveling with intermediate collections.
Customer Visits
- Regular customer visits, POS support, and sales training.
Your Skills:
- A positive mindset and entrepreneurial thinking.
- Good self-management and time management skills – ability to work independently.
- High sense of responsibility as well as flexibility.
- 2+ years of professional experience in the premium fashion industry.
- Good written and spoken German and English skills.
- Strong communication skills and organizational talent.
- Digital skills including MS Office proficiency.
- Willingness to travel frequently and a valid driver’s license.
